Action falls foul of weather
Well this week’s winter bowls league games fell foul of the winter weather; also the usual Wednesday afternoon Round Robin was cancelled due to the seasonal wind and rain.
Saturday’s league game fixtures, which were originally scheduled for October, were postponed again, however they have already been rearranged by the captains to be played on Sunday 2nd of January 2022. That will be the first games of the new year.
Sunday’s Round Robin unfortunately didn’t have enough entries to take place.
Don’t forget this weekend December 18th is the J&M Lee memorial drawn doubles competition. If you have missed the closing date for entries, please offer your support to the participants.
