- As with all Association Finals day all players should conform to BCGBA & BCGLBA Dress Code
- All teams and players should be present by 12:45 so that team photos can be taken
- Play will commence at 1pm with both semi finals being played at the same time with the jacks split between the games
- The winner of the two semi finals will then contest the final
