Castletown also fell one game short of a maximum, Jackie Elliott saving Port Erin’s blushes by winning her game. Despite Villa winning 4-2, three games to single figures, Mooragh Park had two good wins from Moira Anderson and Maureen Wright, while Breagle showed the value of fighting for every point as they went down by a single point although losing 2-4 on games Nobles and Peel ended level on games but wins to single figures by Mary Moffatt and Cath Parker gave the visitors the advantage on points. With all their players reaching double figures Port St Mary B ended ahead on points in a match drawn on games.
